My personal journey:

After many years of being on pharmaceutical drugs, knowing they weren't helping me (in fact making me worse). Deciding things needed change to be able to enjoy my life and family so looked in to alternative medicine. The benefits far exceeded my expectations and started to live a better, happier, healthier, pain free life.

My eyes were opened and my hunger to learn more lead me to completing a Honours in Master Herbalism studying a wide range of ancient healings including Chinese medicine, Ayurveda practices, Homeopathy medicine, Phytotherapy plus many more.
