What's it good for?
Honey is very effective in treating sore throats, colds and other problems caused by bacterial or viral infections.

In the Mediterranean region it is well known for its skin healing and anti aging as well as its potent anti inflammatory properties.
 
Maybe less well known is its spasm busting antispasmodic properties, which have been shown to be very potent when combined with cannabinoids
