The history of nootropics
The person to coin the term, nootropic, in 1972, was Corneliu E. Giurgea, a Romanian chemist and psychologist.
The word itself actually has roots in Greek and French, the French word nootrope comes from the Greek words (noos, meaning mind and trope, meaning turning). This roughly translates to mind-bending.

What are nootropics?
Nootropics have been gaining a lot more attention in recent years. They are supplements and other substances which may improve cognitive function, such as memory, creativity and motivation.

Nootropics can aid cognitive health
In the same way that we need protein in order to build muscle, our brains need the right nutrients and stimuli to reach their optimum state.

With Ashwagandha’s ability to reduce cortisol while also mimicking GABA it is no surprise that this Nootropic can promote some serious relaxation.

It's international botanical name "Withania somnifera", where somnifera coming from the Latin word "to sleep" gives a clue to its key beneficial properties

aids sleep

alleviates anxiety

antitumourimproves concentration

increase muscle mass and strength

lowers blood sugar levels

reduces inflammation

relieves stress
Now combine that with Lion’s Mane Mushroom and you will be in for a really chill positive day filled with relaxation while still being energized and focused due to Lion’s Mane and it’s effects.
Plus you get the mood boost benefit that I know you love.

Preclinical studies suggest that Lion's mane  reduce inflammation and biological markers of Alzheimer's (i.e., amyloid plaques), improve cognition, and increase the release of nerve growth factor, a protein that can increase the length of nerve cell processes
